PLANTATION

Only the best soils, fresh and well-drained, are cultivated for plant growth. Micro-irrigation allows for proper water supply with no water wastage.

COLLECTION

The start of the collection is established by a technical team formed by 35 agronomists who, through daily monitoring, evaluate basic values.

CONFERMENT

The harvested product is brought to the processing warehouses, where it is traced through unique EAN codes, assigned to the producer.

STORAGE

The best lots are specifically tracked and stored in separate cold rooms. The product is stored in a controlled atmosphere to allow for optimal storage.

SELECTION AND CALIBRATION

The fruit is selected manually and examined with optical instruments to check the quality of each individual fruit and sub-divide it into homogeneous categories.

PACKAGING AND EXPORT

At the time of packaging, the skilled personnel proceeds with another visual and tactile inspection. Once packed, the product is loaded and sent to customers all over the world.
